Educational Campus-wide Computing System (ECCS)

Our Help Desks have been closing except for following locations to prevent the new coronavirus infections since April 8, 2020. For inquiries, please contact us by email as much as possible.
Face-to-face support is available at the following locations.
Help Desk:
Komaba Information Education Building, 1st floor
Fukutake Hall, Basement floor 1 (Closed during the declaration of the state of emergency)
System Support Assistants:
Komaba Library, 1st floor Media Park, and Komaba Information Education Bldg., 1st floor Study Room (they have been assigned since September 25, 2020)
Hongo General Library, 2nd floor ECCS room
Fukutake Hall, Basement floor 1 (Closed during the declaration of the state of emergency)

When you start using ECCS Cloud Email for the first time, you are required to set a password. Please refer to the announcement "How to use ECCS Cloud Email-Initial setting etc.–"
