The University has 27,654 regular students, roughly evenly divided between undergraduate and graduate students. Graduate students themselves are divided almost evenly between MA and PhD programs. International students number 3,232 or 11% of the total, with most enrolled in graduate programs. Male students outnumber female students four to one among domestic students. Of international students, 57% are male and 43% are female.
