15 minutes from Route 26 after getting out from the Hanshin Expressway No.15 Sakai Line Sakai Exit and going along the elevated pass way until the end.

Parking fee
200 yen for the first one hour and after that 100 yen per 30 minutes
Free when leaving the park within the first 30 minutes
