Review & approve support requests
Some support requests require you and other users to confirm the action before completion. This security step ensures that you initiated, are aware of, and agree to sensitive changes to your account.

Requests that require self-approval:

Request is approved
When you approve a request, the change will take effect. Most changes are completed within a few minutes, but some take a few hours.
If your request is to change your email, sign out of your old Google Fi account and sign in again with your new email address.
Request is denied
When you deny a request, no changes will occur to your account. If another party in a multi-party approval denies the request, no changes will occur.
If you change your mind and want to approve the request, contact support to create a new approval request.
Handle unrecognized requests
If you or someone in your group didn’t initiate the request, deny it and secure your Google account.
