Added fallback classes and methods for MD5 and SHA1 hashing and HMAC<br />
generation. Only those two hashing algorithms can be used if mhash is<br />
not found. <br />

The mhash extension is only needed when using hashing algorithms other<br />
than MD5 and SHA1, which are now implemented in the core of the language.<br />
Included scripts that use the fallback classes explicitely.
