I got the mailman SRPM from redhat. They have setup using uid and gid
= mail, instead of mailman. Also they install into
/usr/share/mailman. So please note that users of the redhat RPMS will
want:
MAILMAN_HOME=/usr/share/mailman
MAILMAN_UID=mail
MAILMAN_GID=mail
