You also noted (in direct mail to me) another error in this section that appears in both the Basic XML Serialization and the Compact XML Serialization text <rdf:Description ID="Property" ... <rdfs:Class rdf:ID="Property" ... These declare http://www.w3.org/TR/1999/PR-rdf-schems-19990303#Property but Property is intended to be defined [only] in the http://www.w3.org/1999/02/22-rdf-syntax-ns# namespace (see Section 2.2.2). They should instead read: <rdf:Description about="http://www.w3.org/1999/02/22-rdf-syntax-ns#Property" ... and <rdfs:Class rdf:about="http://www.w3.org/1999/02/22-rdf-syntax-ns#Property" ...
