The Marconi project team would like to invite everyone to a general
discussion on the state of the project during the first half of our
regular weekly team meeting:
Tomorrow, June 13, at 1900 UTC in #openstack-meeting-alt.

* General questions about the project
* Feedback regarding incubation
* Open discussion
## Part 2, Team Meeting (time permitting) ##
* Review actions from last time
* Bugs
* BPs
 * QA cluster: salt scripts, load testing configs
 * Proposal: Rename "exceptions" modules to "errors"
 * Simple Project ID-based Authorization
 * Polling modes in the client
 * Message size use cases, and a crazy idea
