I went looking through the gallery of sites using the PyData theme to find a docs site available in multiple languages but I couldn't seem to find one.
Did I overlook one? Does anybody know of site using the PyData Sphinx Theme that is available in two or more languages? Bonus points if it is also hosted on Read the Docs. Thanks!

SEPAL documentation (https://docs.sepal.io) that is one of the main documentation of the gallery is translated in 3 languages: en, fr and es. It took me a while to understand what I was suposed to do from RDT side but the PST theme was transparent.
