Constructing a brain image from multiple MRI images #54

I have about a dozen MRI images from an MRI of my son (all from the same session) - he was young and as I understand it, they take high resolution images on the various planes (so one plane is high resolution and the other two will be very low resolution/choppy). Ultimately, I have various images of each plane and together they should produce a high-quality brain image but individually I can only see one clear view at a time.

Is it possible to use brainchop to pull it all into a single model and/or export it as one? My goal is a little different from the purpose of Brainchop, I think, ultimately, we're wanting to find a way to construct a 3d model of his brain to print for an upcoming project. I was hopeful I could load it up into 3d slicer and render a model but I can't find a way to blend them together.

Thanks in advance for your time!
