Hello, I want to transfer my is-a.dev domain to Cpanel Hosting Is it possible?? So is it okay if I write the IP address of the hosting??

Hi, it depends on if you are changing your nameservers or not, if you are not changing nameservers, and are just using it for hosting (not DNS management) then you can use an A record.
