BitsAndBytes with CUDA 12.8 support on Windows #1625

Has anybody been able to figure out how to get bitsandbytes to work on win11 with CUDA 12.8 support? Cuda12.8 is required for the Blackwell Architecture sm120 and I have tried many different installs, even tried WSL2 with Ubuntu and that also does not work. If it isn't possible, does anybody have an alternative method to use the rtx5090 on windows for training an AI model? I had it working about a month ago but the build changed somehow, maybe something was updated and now nothing seems to work, beginning to think the AI online training industry tossed a wrench into the spokes to prevent consumers from training an AI locally on Windows, I've seen a few other posts where people had the same type of thing happen with their build changing or stopped working. Any advice would be appreciated.
