The Manager for Accessibility is responsible for addressing accessibility feedback. We will acknowledge accessibility feedback received, other than feedback provided anonymously. If contact information is shared, we may follow up with you. Personal information you provide will remain confidential and will be managed following privacy laws. This information will only be shared per these laws or with your consent.

If you need a copy of the Feedback Process, Accessibility Plan, or our Progress Reports in an alternate format such as print, large print, braille, audio, or other agreed-upon formats, contact us with one of the feedback methods mentioned on this page. In your correspondence, please include:
- The name of the document(s) you wish to receive (example: 2023 Progress Report)
- The document format you wish to receive (example: Large Print)
- Your preferred language (English or French)
- Your name, mailing address or email address so we can successfully complete your request.
