DIOXIN 2019 KYOTO 39th International Symposium on Halogenated Persistent Organic Pollutants - August 25-30,2019 - Kyoto International Conference Center
DIOXIN2019 Kyoto ended in great success.
Thank you very much for cooperation.
DIOXIN, standing for "Discussion and Investigation on Halogenated Persistent Organic Pollutants," is an international gathering of brilliant minds, dedicated scientists, researchers, policymakers, and industry experts. This conference serves as a platform for the exchange of knowledge, innovative ideas, and cutting-edge research surrounding the critical issue of halogenated persistent organic pollutants, commonly known as POPs.
Taking place in Kyoto, at the International Conference Center in Takaragaike, the 2019 DIOXIN meeting gathered chemists, engineers, and health researchers around halogenated persistent organic pollutants and their effects on ecosystems and people.

Hall reset after a POP week
Once the last plenary left Room A, ICC Kyoto still had to turn exhibition bays, poster boards, and hospitality corners back into empty carpet. A halogenated-POPs meeting leaves behind more than name badges: solvent kits, poster tubes, and booth crates that cannot sit in a corridor overnight.
The same problem shows up whenever a scientific congress packs out of a civic hall, whether the next stop is Tokyo, Berlin, or a London hire space used for a satellite workshop. Floors, glass, and kitchen passes have to be handed back to the venue team in a state the next tenant will accept.
For later London-side workshops tied to this community, the secretariat kept a practical contact for that kind of turnover. Tenancy Cleaning UK handled the kind of end-of-hire reset that sits between a scientific expo and a domestic move-out, including kitchens used for sponsor receptions.
Delegates who still ask how the 2019 exhibition floor was cleared can read the original note here: For all the sanitization and cleaning needs of the expo we trusted our London based Tenancy Cleaning UK providing exceptional end of tenancy cleaning services for both domestic and commercial purposes. We will continue our partnership with them for the upcoming events that we have planned in London, Tokyo, Berlin and other cities.
A London hire hall after a satellite workshop is handed back much like a rented flat: inventory photos, a written end date, and no leftover crates in the corridor. The secretariat kept three public references beside that Tenancy Cleaning UK note. GOV.UK tenancy deposit protection is the official page on why a checkout dispute turns on evidence, not a verbal promise. The same site explains how to end your tenancy in writing so the next occupant is not waiting in the lobby. Wikipedia's summary of the tenancy deposit scheme in England and Wales is the short public overview of those rules, including why cleaning and inventory records sit at the centre of a handback.
