Got a question about a particular dance pad? Start looking here. Scroll down the list until you find the pad you have a question about, click its picture, and you'll be taken to the thread for that pad! If you know the *name* of a pad, just use your web browser's Find tool to locate the post containing that pad - each post has the pad's name in the subject line.
If you see a pad missing, post about it here or PM me about it. Once I add the applicable entry to the list, I'll delete your post(s) in this thread, so don't cry about it - you've been warned. E1.gif This thread is *only* an index for the other controller threads. The only posts that belong here are mine and anyone pointing out missing/erroneous information. Anything else will be promptly deleted. If you have a question about choosing a pad, pick a pad, go to its thread, and start there. DON'T BUMP A PAD'S THREAD BECAUSE IT'S LEAVING THE PAGE. That's what this index is for - you'll always be able to access the pad threads regardless of how popular/unpopular the pad is. If you have a question about an adapter for a specific pad *MADE BY THE MANUFACTURER* (IE - Cobalt Flux control boxes), take it to that pad's thread. If you have a question about an aftermarket pad adapter (such as the GameElements adapter), that should go in the official adapter thread. For reference, here are the old catch-all stickies: Metal Pad Discussion Part II ALL Soft Pad Discussion goes HERE DO NOT POST A "WHICH PAD SHOULD I GET?" OR A "PAD X VS. PAD Y" THREAD. If you're trying to choose between two or more pads, then post IN THE THREADS FOR THOSE PADS. Do NOT make a new thread for this. DO NOT POST A "WHICH PAD IS THE BEST?" THREAD. If you really want to know, do some research. You'll narrow it down pretty quickly. Do *NOT* post a thread asking for information that you could have easily found by looking - why should anyone else exert effort on your behalf when you were too lazy to find out yourself? EDIT: 06/10/2006: I'm going to go ahead and sticky the CF and Afterburner threads, since those seem to be the pads for which the most new useless threads are generated.
