ELEPHANT
ELEPHANT is a draft of a
proposal for a programming language in which its input and output
statements are characterized as speech acts and programs can refer
directly to the past. The proposal has been around for some time, but
the resources to implement it still are not available.
.dvi, .pdf and .ps
versions are also available.
