We're glad you came by, but you might find what you're looking for elsewhere.
TI-Basic Developer is not the site it once was. While its information on commands and other calculator features remains almost second-to-none, its forum, archives, and even hosting service, Wikidot, have been decaying for years. The calculator community would love to see what you're working on, or help you in your next coding adventure, but TI-Basic Developer is no longer the place to do it.
Instead, you should head over to Cemetech (primarily American) or TI-Planet (primarily international). Both are active, well-established forums with their own archives, chatrooms, reference material, and abundant coding tools and resources. We'll see you there, we hope.

Hello, does anybody know how I could use a normal cursor character for a snake game I'm planning on making? or any other cursor char as well? thank you in advance for all the help. I tried the search function but it still doesn't work, just as a friendly FYI.
Through normal means from what I assume you are using TI basic, you are unable to retrieve any cursor characters because they are only available through assembly and anything else that is non-basic. The only way you would be able to retrieve them or be able to display them in some way is to use either assembly or libraries such as Celtic 3.
You could also use lines on the graph screen or utilize the left most pixels on the left bracket and draw them to the right and then add some spaces after that to simulate a cursor character.

sorry I can't help but I hope I'll get to play the game in the near future!
(I have a TI-83+, hopefully it's compatible)
