Special Containment Procedures: In all cases where SCP-2911's activity has been confirmed, the Department of Continuity is to suppress any type of media coverage and administer amnestics to the victim's family and closest contacts in order to deconsolidate memories of their transitioning process. All alterations made to legal documents are to be undone as soon as possible, and the individual's presence on social media erased.

The victim is to be closely monitored and inspected by Foundation agents embedded in medical spaces to prevent meaningful recovery from their current condition, thereby avoiding the exposure of SCP-2911's existence.

Any changes to SCP-2911's known predatory pattern are to be immediately reported to the Department of Continuity, and the anomaly will be reassigned as Keter accordingly.

Description: SCP-2911 is a hostile, sapient entity of unknown shape and size whose primary anomalous property is the ability to create and manipulate human flesh. Although its origins remain unknown, sightings of SCP-2911 have been documented in niche queer communities as an urban legend since 1989.

During nighttime hours, SCP-2911 infiltrates high-traffic spaces, wearing a functional human body as a carapace, and targets individuals between the ages of 10 and 71 undergoing or having completed gender transition. The anomaly's only known anatomical features are its eyes, which occasionally become visible within its mouth during speech.

Once SCP-2911 successfully engages in conversation with an individual, it will constantly attempt to persuade them to admit it into their residence. If granted access, SCP-2911 will attack them at the earliest opportunity and employ its anomalous capabilities to detransition the individual. This process is completely painless.

The aftereffects include but are not limited to:

1. Hormones corresponding to the opposite sex are rendered inactive, while those associated with the birth sex upsurge to exceptionally high and even toxic levels;

2. All fat is redistributed according to its original pattern;

3. Body hair growth and muscle mass align with pre-transition states. In male individuals, musculature is adjusted to the parameters of the average professional athlete;

4. The results of gender-affirming procedures and hormonal replacement therapy are undone, with any scars associated with the former fading completely;

5. Despite being rendered unusable, the vocal cords' new structure prevents them from producing any voice incongruent with the expected range for the birth sex;

6. Skeletal morphology is modified to emphasize the features of the birth sex in an exaggerated manner;

7. Susceptibility to diseases prevalent in the birth sex increases through fluctuations in the immune system;

8. In female individuals, the size of the breasts, gluteal muscles, and thighs is conspicuously increased;

9. In female individuals, SCP-2911 induces pregnancy.

For prepubescent subjects, these effects occur alongside puberty.

Following the main transfiguration process, SCP-2911 causes the individual to develop cerebromedullospinal disconnection. Afterwards, SCP-2911 exits the residence and targets all subjects who could potentially assist the victim in retransitioning. Upon locating them, SCP-2911 will perform an irreversible procedure analogous to a lobotomy before disappearing.

Addendum: 2011 Containment Breach

On March 27, 2011, 59-year-old Texan woman Charlotte Campbell began a series of social media posts detailing her personal experiences with SCP-2911, claiming the anomaly had assisted her in preventing her son, Frederick, from engaging with perceived anti-Christian behaviors.

Further investigation conducted by the Department of Continuity revealed that Charlotte had been the leader of a newly founded religious cult that regarded SCP-2911 as evidence of the return of Jesus Christ and intended to attract the entity to interfere once again with the possibility of gender transition within her family. In accordance with standard protocol, the Foundation monitored the case for a potential SCP-2911 manifestation and restricted the reach of her social media activity.

Three months later, on June 30, Campbell’s husband, Noah, arrived at their residence late at night, accompanied by a disguised SCP-2911. The entity subsequently transfigured both him and his daughter, Olivia, before departing. No further SCP-2911 predation related to this event could be traced, and amnestics were subsequently administered to Charlotte and her cult associates following approval of her divorce documentation. All evidence of her marriage was expunged shortly thereafter, and Noah Campbell was relocated to a nursing facility in Clark County, Nevada.
