Note to self: is this the origin story for the Lojban Foundation? Lojban seems like a language so far removed from natural languages, and some of its words are completely disconnected from natural languages, such as a whole bunch of cmavo- though some of the tense system and most modals of selma'o BAI, which are derived from gismu which are in turn derived from computer-generated combinations of natural languages - but I don't know of any other languages that aren't associated with a non-CC fictional work (e.g. Klingon, Tolkien's languages) that are that different from natural languages.
