Assembly

The genome of O. tipulae was assembled by Georgios Koutsovolous and Fabrice Besnard from the Blaxter Lab in University of Edinburgh, using a combination of short-read and mate-pair data, as described in Besnard et al. (2017).

Annotation

The genome was annotated using MAKER2 and Augustus, as described in Besnard et al. (2017).
