[microformats-discuss] hCard parsing: <th abbr>, <area href>, etc.

I think the vast majority of the hCard-parsing will make its way into
hCal parsing, but since those two RFCs were written by different
people/groups, there are some unique things about each that will need to
be addressed seperately (specifically, date-time strings).
So a seperate hcalendar-parsing page should be created.
