Or a non-independent provider, if someone volunteers to host the list.
I'd offer myself except that (a) I doubt the list wants to be behind
mail filters as draconian as mine and (b) I suspect a significant
fraction of the list expects a Web interface of some sort, even if only
for managing subscriptions, which I have neither the competence to
provide nor the interest in providing.
