This release fixes a bug of occasional segfaults at process exit.

Update recommended for all current Lanes users. Tested on Linux x86,
64-bit, Mac OS X PowerPC/Intel, Windows XP VC++ 2008.
When downloading, please note that 2.0.2 is not the upmost entry. I
don't want to make a new release title for each bugfix release.
