The line in question is this:
> #if INT_MAX-20 < 32760
The ANSI specification says this about INT_MAX:
| The values given below shall be replaced by constant expressions suitable
| for use in #if preprocessing directives.
(That is, it explicitly allows target-dependent constants in #ifs.) So,
it seems that this compiler does not follow the standard.
