Yes.

Here's a rough sketch:
print(Noise)
table.foreach(Noise, print)
noise = Noise()

Noise is a metatable. You create a userdata, setmetatable it to theNoise table, and then call the userdata. (No need to expose Noise

to the Lua environment.)
