I just noticed that in Section 2 of the Rec we have a sentence: "It is the responsibility of each such features to define any combined processing." I believe it would be correct to say instead "It is the responsibility of each such feature to define any combined processing." -or if you prefer- "It is the responsibility of any such features to define any combined processing."
