WARM CONGRATULATIONS ON PUBLICATION OF ACTA METEOROLOGICA SINICA

After some time of preparation,Acta Meteorologica Sinica (AMS),with a history of more than 60 years of Chinese edition alone,now has its English edition published,too,for the sake of strengthening the international exchange of scientific research and technological applications in meteorology. On this occasion,I wish to express my warm congratulations on the birth of this publication on behalf of the State Meteorological Administration together with all its scientific workers throughout the country.
