工学博士,中电科集团第30研究所博士后,美国伊利诺大学香槟分校访问学者,中国计算机学会会员,四川省人工智能学会理事,主持或参与过多项国家级、省部级和政府/企业的科研项目,三十余篇论文被SCI和EI检索,是"Computer and Electrical Engineering"、"计算机科学"、"计算机应用"、"信息网络安全"等国内外SCI和核心期刊审稿人,已授权数十余项技术发明专利和软件著作权,长期在生成式人工智能、物联网网络安全技术等领域开展深入研究,领导了一支既具有丰富行业经验也具有新技术孵化推广能力的网络技术开发团队和数据服务团队,推动网络数据治理领域的工科和文科产学研深度交叉融合,具有深厚、专业的技术服务能力和咨询服务能力,在该领域已具有较强的行业影响力。
