Each year on Sept. 11, Americans step forward to serve — honoring the lives lost and the heroes who responded.
Even if you can’t join Hanover County’s 9/11 Day of Service, you can still make a difference.
Will you organize a food drive? Help a neighbor in need? Host a cleanup or support a local nonprofit? We want to hear how you plan to give back from Sept. 6 through Sept. 13.
Every act of service — big or small, solo or with a group — strengthens our community. Share your photos, stories and reflections at engage.hanovercounty.gov/service.
Let’s honor the spirit of unity, resilience and compassion — one act of service at a time.
