Itエs true, undertanding the international context of April 11th events is important (extent of CIA participation, etc.) to get a clear picture of what happened, but more important will be to know if Chavez himself gave the orders to shoot the hundreds thousands anti-government protesters that marched (to their deaths) demanding his resignation. A Truth Comission has been created to investigate the events.
