Classification Results Table Download
Products with judgment results of "Not Targeted" can be copied from the Classification Results Table. (In principle) they would be used as export-related documentation for "Not Targeted" products and/or for internal company use. The Classification Results Table for ORION products can be downloaded here.
Parameter Sheet Application
The Parameter Sheet Application is possible. Please read the Important Notes before submitting your application.
- Please make an application for standard and special order items that are not on the Classification Results Table (PDF). The Parameter Sheet can be applied for online. (The application will be dealt with directly by an ORION representative.)
However, in principle, a written finding cannot be issued for "Not Targeted" products. - Please allow for sufficient time when making your application. May take 2 to 3 days for products, or a number of weeks for out-sourced parts as requests must go through individual manufacturers.
Product Classification
Classification is conducted according to the List Control (Article 1, Sections 1 to 15 of the attached table of the Export Trade Control Ordinance). Product will be exported after a check of the destination, application, user, etc., under the Catch-All-Controls (Article 1, Section 16 of the attached table of the Export Trade Control Ordinance).

| Not Targeted | Items which are not control targets mentioned in the attachment of Article 1, Sections 1 to 15, of the Export Trade Control Ordinance and the attachment of Sections 1 to 15 of the Foreign Exchange Order and are not list-control targets. |
