Courtesy Visit to the State Minister of Justice by Deputy Director General of the International Organization for Migration (IOM)

On October 14, 2022, Mr. KADOYAMA Hiroaki, State Minister of Justice received a courtesy visit by Ms. Amy Pope, IOM’s Deputy Director General – Management and Reform.

State Minister Kadoyama welcomed IOM Deputy Director General Pope, and expressed his gratitude for the support they provided for the immigration control administration in Japan. In addition, they confirmed that they would work together to further strengthen cooperation between the IOM and the Ministry of Justice of Japan.
