International Relations
JRAIA is a member of the International Council of Air-Conditioning, Refrigeration and Heating Manufacturers Associations (ICARHMA) (https://icarhma.ahrinet.org/Home.aspx ). The Council consists of associations representing manufacturers of air-conditioning, refrigeration and heating equipment in Australia, Brazil, Canada, China, Colombia, Europe, India, Japan, Korea and the U.S., and meets annually to discuss issues affecting the global HVAC&R industry.
Three industry associations :China Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning Industry Association (CRAA), the Japan Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Industry Association (JRAIA) and Korea Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning Industry Association (KRAIA), hold a meeting annually to discuss common issues.
ASEAN5+J workshop was established in 2018 led by JRAIA. The meeting is to exchange information on energy saving and on refrigerant conversion including global environmental issues among industry associations of five ASEAN countries. FTI-Aircon club(Thailand), GABEL(Indonesia), MACRA (Malaysia), PAIA/BPS(Philippines), VISRAE(Vietnam/Academia) and JRAIA are members of the workshop.
