The specific measures imposed are as follows:
- 1 . The company’s eligibility will be suspended for participation in competition for any type of contract with JICA.
- 2 . The condition above will apply to any joint ventures that include these companies. These companies are not allowed to be agents, sub-contractors and guarantors for completion for any contract with JICA during the same period.
The measures against the company is decided to be continued because the company has not yet submitted compliance program that is stipulated in Item 2, Paragraph 1 of Article 8 (End or Cancellation of Measures) in "JICA Rules on Measures against Fraudulent Practices, etc. in Contracts Awarded by JICA" (Rule No. 42 (Proc.) of 2008).
