To introduce Japanese management methods at refineries and to enhance management skills and leadership

Various methods of Japanese-style management will be introduced.
1.Discussion of recent Japanese practices of effective refinery management, including:
 ・environmental management
 ・human resource management:"Kaizen General"
 ・maintenance management
 ・safety management
 ・energy conservation at refinery
2.Improve leadership capability through group training and learning about"Rational Thinking Process"
3.Visit to:
 ・refineries
 ・an engineering company
