Lecture: ●くろまる Project Management Body of Knowledge® (PMBOK®) fundamentals (by preliminary e-learning, under Project Management Association of Japan supervision) ●くろまる The petroleum industry in Japan (by preliminary e-learning, JCCP) ●くろまる Project management from the perspective of an oil refining company, which is the project owner. a) Key points of each phase—initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and project closing phases—and the startup operation after the project b) Strategy of technology, capital investment, EPC contract, etc. ●くろまる Project cost & risk management ●くろまる Construction project simulation, gamification ●くろまる Team building & stakeholder engagement 2.
