The 10 Years of Industrial Reconstraction from Chilean Earthquake of 201(2020_2_40_028)

Outline

It has been more than a decade since the 2010 Chile earthquake. The negative impact on the economies of the affected areas and the Chilean economy as a whole has passed and basic infrastructures have been repaired. However, plans to replace costal housing and aid the costal fishery industry are still being formulated. This study focuses on differences in the organizational structures of the fisheries, agriculture/agribusiness, and forestry-pulp industries in order to explain the different paths to recovery they have taen in the aftermath of the earthquake.
