Producer impacts of minimum wages in South Africa(2020_2_40_016)

Outline

We aim to reveal the responses of producers to minimum wages in a developing country. Studies on the impacts of minimum wages in developing countries rarely use demand-side data, despite the potential for uncovering causal pathways. The proposed study employs a first-difference estimator to analyze agricultural production based on data from satellite imagery.
