Public Comments Invited Regarding the "Proposal for the Registration Withholding-Standards for Agricultural Chemicals Concerning Water Pollution"
The MOE is inviting public comments regarding the "Proposal for the Registration of Withholding Standards for Agricultural Chemicals concerning Water Pollution". Comments will be accepted from February 3, 2014 to March 6, 2014.
The proposal will establish the registration of withholding standards on water pollution for 3 agricultural chemicals (cyantraniliprole,fenoxasulfone,fenpyroximate).
This standard will be established under Paragraph 2, Article 3 of the Agricultural Chemicals Regulation Law. All procedures related to this invitation will be conducted in Japanese and comments must be submitted in Japanese.
