Accusation of Shukushi Trading Corporation against the suspected violation of Waste Management and Public Cleansing Law
On March 2 2010, the MOE of Japan has accused Shukushi Trading Corporation to the Yao Police Station of Osaka Police of attempting an illegal export of wastes in violation of Waste Management and Public Cleansing Law (Law No. 137 of 1970).
This is the first accusation in an attempted illegal export of wastes because there have been no case of accusation and applied penalty since 2005 when the attempted offense of illegal export was introduced into the law.
