Calibration of high-frequency and radiation measurands

Our calibration laboratory has the know-how and accreditations according to ISO 17025 for the calibration of HF equipment. These include spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, HF amplifiers or attenuators. We calibrate your HF devices up to 50 GHz.
