The law on takeover bids transposes into Luxembourg law Directive 2004/25/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 21 April 2004 establishing minimum guidelines for the course of takeover bids for the securities of companies governed by the laws of an EU or EEA Member State, where all or part of these securities are admitted to trading on a regulated market in one or more Member States.
