Question
Transcribed Image Text:The numpy module contains functions to generate random permutations. Given a non-negative integer n, every permutation of 2n numbers can be
turned into a matching by taking the first half of the permutation entries (i.e., the first n numbers) and connecting each of them to the corresponding entry in the second
half (i.e., the last n numbers). Use this method to write a function random_matching that takes n and returns a randomly selected matching of 2n numbers in the
form of a list of n tuples, where each tuple contains two integers.
Note: Ensure that the tuples are returned such that the first integer is less than the second integer.
To demonstrate that your code works, draw the arc diagrams for five randomly chosen matchings of 20 numbers.

- Up for the count def counting_series (n): The Champernowme word 1234567891011121314151617181920212223., also known as the counting series, is an infinitely long string of digits made up of all positive integers written out in ascending order without any separators. This function should return the digit at position n of the Champernowne word. Position counting again starts from zero for us budding computer scientists. Of course, the automated tester will throw at your function values of n huge enough that those who construct the Champernowne word as an explicit string will run out of both time and space long before receiving the answer. Instead, note how the fractal structure of this infinite sequence starts with 9 single-digit numbers, followed by 90 two-digit numbers, followed by 900 three-digit numbers, and so on. This observation gifts you a pair of seven league boots that allow their wearer skip prefixes of this series in exponential leaps and bounds, instead of having to crawl...arrow_forwardWrite a modular program that accepts up to 20 integer test scores in the range of 0 to 100 from the user and stores them in an array. Write a function called daysOver that takes three arguments: a dictionary, a location (such as ‘Sydney’, ‘Adelaide’,etc) and a temperature and returns the number of days that were over the given temperature for the given location. For example, if we call the function using the line: total = daysOver(dictionaryData, ‘Adelaide’, 40) total will hold the number of days that Adelaide had a temperature greater than 40 celsius in the data. As a test, there were 54 days over 40 celsius in the data. Check that total is 54 for the example when you run your code. b. Use the daysOver function to print the number of days over 35 celsius for each of the following cities: 'Adelaide','Perth','Melbourne','Canberra','Sydney','Brisbane','Darwin' c. Which of the Australian cities has the most number of days over 35 celsius? My spreadsheet looks like this Since I cannot attach an excel file, my excel file name is "weatherAUS.csv"arrow_forward
- Instructions There are four clubs in Tesset University South, North, West, and East. A Tesset student can choose to join any number of clubs. Your task is to determine how many students are enrolled in exactly two clubs. Return a set containing the name of students are enrolled exactly in two clubs.
