Cancellation policy

A 200ドル cancellation fee will be applied to all refunds received on or before Thursday 12 March 2026. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to the conference registrar at registrar@nei.org. Unfortunately, refunds cannot be provided for cancellations received after Thursday 12 March 2026; however, we would be pleased to accept a substitute.

We have reserved a block of sleeping rooms at Le Meridien Beach Plaza for conference delegates.

Discounted rate: Between 230ドル-290 per night single occupancy (depending on selected room type)

  • All rates include VAT of 10% for accommodation
  • The rate is inclusive of one breakfast per room
  • A supplement of 30 Euros applies for double occupancy and an extra charge of 11 Euros will be applied for breakfast per person, per day.
