Use Wait Times

When you make a call, Wait Times estimates the amount of time you're put on hold. After your call, you can share your hold time to help improve Wait Times.

Important: Wait Times is always on.

Wait Times works:

• In the US
• In English
• Pixel 3a and later
• On the latest version of the Phone app

Important: Once you send your data, it can’t be undone.

1. On your device, open the Phone app .
2. At the bottom, tap Recents.
3. Under the call log entry, tap Send feedback and then Yes, continue.
4. When "Was the wait time correct?" is asked, select an option:
   • If correct, tap Yes .
   • If incorrect, tap No and then select the correct hold time and then tap Submit.
