Cleaning steps:

  1. Pour regular water or micellar water in the other cup. Pour just enough to be able to dip your toothbrush.
    • If micellar water isn't available, use regular tap water and pour into a cup.
  2. Dip the toothbrush in micellar water and swish around to make sure that the bristles are saturated. Hold your earbud in one hand and brush the mesh in deep circular motion for 15 seconds.

Clean the charging case

Important: The Google Pixel Buds A-series case isn't water resistant.

  1. Use a soft, dry, lint-free cloth to gently clean the exterior of the charging case. Clean the case's charging contacts with a cloth or swab to remove debris. Clean charging contacts ensure that earbuds reliably charge and update successfully.

  2. If necessary, you can apply water with a damp, lint-free cloth to gently remove scuff marks on the exterior of the charging case. To avoid damage, avoid getting moisture into any openings, like the USB-C® port.

  • Do not use any liquid, including water, to clean the inside of the charging case.

  4. Reattach the eartips and make sure they are firmly attached to the earbuds again. Wipe the earbuds and their charging contact area dry when putting them back into the charging case.
