  • Walk

Activity detection will send you a notification on your watch and phone that your activity was detected, and your workout summary is ready. From the notification you can Confirmif the exercise and details are correct,orSee recapto view the workout summary in the Fitbit mobile app. Once you are in the workout summary, you can edit, delete or confirm your session details.

Tip: You can also see sessions detected by activity detection from the Today tab under Exercise days.

To edit automatically tracked activities:

  1. Tap the activity from the notification, exercise days in Today tab .
  2. Select a workout from the suggested activities that matches what you did, then tap Confirm.
  3. To edit start time, duration, or see more activity options you can tap Edit to manually change the details of the activity.
