Publish and unpublish messages
When you first create a message, its status is set to "Draft" by default. Messages you want to display to users need to be published to change their status to "Published." Unpublishing a message will stop it from being shown to users by resetting the status to "Draft."
Check the status of your messages
Check the status of your existing messages by clicking Privacy & messaging, then clicking Manage on one of the message type cards. The status is displayed in the "Status" column, and the "Publish" column displays the corresponding toggle, which you can click to change the status.
Status | Publish | Meaning |
---|---|---|
Published | Publish | The message is published. |
Draft | Unpublish | The message is not published and is currently in draft. |
