The Wolfram Language automatically handles all standard compression and archive formats.
Common Formats
"ZIP" — Windows ZIP archive (.zip)
"GZIP" — Unix gzip compression (.gz)
"TAR" — Unix tar archive (.tar)
"BZIP2" — bzip2 compression format (.bz2)
Encoding Formats
"Base64" — Base64 ASCII encoding
