Goutham Pacha Ravi a0420244e3 Enable API testing with standalone cephfs-nfs job 
Recently [1], we turned off a bunch of tests since we
were building out a way to run nfs-ganesha
standalone with a cephadm based ceph cluster [2].
Running API tests will increase the coverage. We
can retain the "backend" filter in our test regex
since we still don't want to run any API only tests
in this job.
